As requested by Ivee, I am sharing my "Spicy Pork Spare Ribs" recipe
Ingredients:
1kg of pork ribs
a cup of Lee Kum Kee chili garlic sauce
a teaspon of Hoisin Sauce
bulb of garlic (I love garlic... )
2 pieces of onions
lemon juice
chili flakes
2 capsicum
salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Sesame oil
Procedures:
- Marinate the spareribs with lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic and onion. Let it sit for at least 2 hours
- After marinating, place it in a pan, cover and let it simmer through low fire
- Mix it occasionally to ensure that the meat is cooked evenly
- Put the chili flakes, few drops of sesame oil...salt and pepper. (depends on how spicy you want it)
- On a separate pan, sauteed the capsicum on olive oil (on high fire, to sealed in the moisture and crunchiness)
- Then, place it on top of the spare ribs.. wolla! done...
